DELIVERANCE - LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE

Please read carefully and sign below to give your full consent to the ground-rules of our Deliverance Program.

All women must cover their hair.

Be punctual, and plan to attend all three days if you can.
Please come fasting.
No jewelry of any kind for both men and women.
No makeup or nail polish.
No hair attachments.
Women must be appropriately dressed: wear a long dress or skirt.
Women wearing trousers will NOT be allowed.

I agree to indemnify Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM)
Saskatoon for any injury, mishap or accident suffered during the program.
